I photograph families here in the last hour before sunset, when the peaks catch the warm light and the fields glow below them. Sessions are unhurried, the location is chosen for your family, and everything ends the way it should. In your home, with your portraits projected onto your own walls before anything gets printed.

Where I shoot in South Jordan
Highland Glen Park
Most people come to Highland Glen for the pond. I come for what is behind it.
A short walk from the parking lot there is an open field of green grass with a dramatic mountain peak rising straight up behind it. No crowds, no clutter, just your family and the mountains. It is the frame that makes this park worth the drive, and it is the one most people never notice on their way to the water.
Past the field the park turns wooded. Tall trees, a natural clearing, a rustic red bridge tucked into the grasses. A completely different feel from the open mountain field, more intimate and shaded, and a good second look in the same session.
Plenty of parking, restrooms on site, and a short flat walk to the field. Come for the last hour of light. This park is ordinary at midday and genuinely beautiful in the evening.

The Intro Call
A short call first. I learn about your family, walk you through the experience, and answer everything. If we're a good fit, we plan your session.
The Session
Golden hour at a South Jordan location picked for your family. No stiff posing.
The Reveal
A few weeks later I come to your home in South Jordan and project your portraits onto your walls at real size. You see exactly what belongs above your couch before anything is printed.
The Art
Canvas, framed pieces, heirloom albums. Designed around your walls.
Investment
The session fee is $525, which includes planning, the session, your printed keepsake box, and the in-home reveal.
Most families invest between $500 and $2000 in artwork. Digital files are included with artwork.
Travel to South Jordan is included.
